These terms govern your use of Santa's Letterbox and any order you place through our website at santasletterbox.co.uk.

2. What We Provide
Santa's Letterbox provides a personalised letter service in which a bespoke letter from Father Christmas is created for a named child, printed on 160gsm aged parchment, sealed with a gold wax seal, and posted by Royal Mail from Lapland XM4 5HQ.
The Letter + Magic Video tier additionally includes a personalised AI-generated video of Father Christmas referencing the child's own letter, delivered by email before Christmas morning.
All letters are personalised based on information provided at the time of ordering. We cannot guarantee specific content beyond what is described in the product listing.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. PostRight Ltd does not store your card details at any point.
Current prices: Santa's Letter — £14.99. Letter + Magic Video — £34.99. Prices are subject to change without notice prior to an order being placed.
Once payment is confirmed, no refunds will be issued once the order has entered production (typically within 24 hours of payment).
4. Delivery
Physical letters are dispatched by Royal Mail from Lapland XM4 5HQ. Estimated delivery time is 2–5 working days within the United Kingdom from the date of dispatch.
We cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by Royal Mail or other postal services, adverse weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
We currently deliver to UK addresses only.
5. Order Deadlines
To guarantee delivery before Christmas Day, orders must be placed by 10th December each year. Orders placed after this date may still be fulfilled but Christmas delivery cannot be guaranteed.
Orders open in September 2026 for Christmas 2026 delivery.
6. Data Protection
We take the privacy of children's data seriously. All personal data is processed in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Personal data collected during the order process (including children's names, ages, and wishes) is used solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order and is not shared with third parties except as necessary to deliver the service (e.g. print and postal partners).

7. Cancellations
Due to the personalised nature of our product, we are unable to accept cancellations once an order has entered production. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the right to cancel does not apply to personalised goods.
