Ordering
Orders open in September 2026 for Christmas 2026 delivery. Join the waitlist at the top of our homepage to be notified first and receive early access.
Santa's Letter is £14.99, which includes the personalised letter, Nice List Certificate, postcard, and Royal Mail delivery. The Letter + Magic Video bundle is £34.99 and includes everything in the letter package plus a personalised video message from Father Christmas.
We'll confirm exact cut-off dates when orders open in September 2026. We recommend ordering by early December to ensure delivery well before Christmas Eve.
The Letter
Every letter is written specifically for your child. We use their name, age, and the details you share with us — so no two letters are ever the same. Father Christmas might mention their favourite hobby, a kind thing they did, or a special wish they have.
Your letter is posted in a deep red envelope, sealed with a gold wax stamp, and addressed by hand. The return address reads: Santa's Letterbox, Lapland, XM4 5HQ. It arrives through the letterbox just like any other Royal Mail delivery — which is half the magic.
Every letter includes an official Nice List Certificate with your child's name on it, confirming they've made Father Christmas's Nice List this year. It's printed on the same premium parchment as the letter and makes a wonderful keepsake.
Hidden inside every letter is a unique Nice List code — a special number that only your child has. It's a lovely little detail that makes the letter feel even more personal and official.
The Magic Video
The Magic Video is a personalised video message from Father Christmas, delivered by email before Christmas morning. Santa speaks your child's name aloud and references details you've shared — it's completely unique to your child.
The video is delivered by email as a private link. You can choose when to show it to your child — on Christmas Eve, Christmas morning, or whenever feels right.
Delivery
All letters are sent by Royal Mail First Class post from our Lapland address. They arrive through your letterbox just like any other piece of post — no signature required, no special delivery needed.
Currently, Santa's Letterbox delivers to UK addresses only. We hope to expand to international delivery in future years.
Yes — when you order, you can specify a delivery address different from your billing address. Perfect for sending directly to grandparents or other family members.
